We're excited to announce the launch of our new Attrition risk model & dashboard, with completely new prediction model and features breakdown, to simplify its usage and improve its performance

The Attrition risk model is structured in 2 different dashboards sections:

• Overview: gives an overview on the company:
  • It displays the count of employee by risk class, subdivided by department etc.
  • Breaks down the most relevant factors that impact on the predictions values
• Attrition risk per employee
  • List of the active employees with the list of features that impact the most on the predictions
  • Most impactful categories
  • recommended actions for the employee situation

What is the Attrition risk model?

The current Attrition risk model (A.t. ) is an updated section of peopleIX platform, whose purpose is to highlight which employees could be potentially leaving the company voluntarily in the next 6 months. It highlights a risk class and shows that are the factors that are driving the risk, and provide support on how to act on them:

• High risk: chances over 80% to leave the organization within 6 months
• Medium risk:change over 50% to leave the organization within 6 months
• Low risk: changes lower than 50% to leave the organization within 6 months
