Overview

Here you will learn the basic navigation and structure of our platform. We recommend you read this guide before using our People Analytics platform so you can get the full potential from the start.

Searchbox

Located centrally at the top, the fixed searchbox allows you to quickly find specific dashboards without extensive searching. Simply enter a keyword related to a metric, and all associated metrics will be listed automatically. Click on the desired metric to navigate directly to the corresponding dashboard.

If you click on the pink icon on the left side of the searchbox, our people metrics library will open. There you will find all your metrics, including definition.

Sidebar

The sidebar, located on the left side of the application, serves as the main navigation menu. It provides access to various key functions and the dashboards for our six analytics dimensions:

Home

Upon opening peopleIX, you will land on the "Home" page. Here, you will find quick actions that directly link you to the overview page of the corresponding People Analytics dimension. Additional quick actions will be added in the coming months.

Search

Clicking on the "Search" menu item in the sidebar opens a compact window where you can search for any metric, similar to the searchbox at the top. Alternatively, you can click the arrow on the right side of the input field to open a dropdown menu with all available metrics. We are currently expanding the search functionality to allow for more specific queries, providing accurate answers to any question.

People Insights

Within our analysis platform, we present actionable insights derived from your data, which serve as the cornerstone of our platform. This is where we distill the most important findings from your data into simple statements. We classify these insights into four different types:

  1. Alert: We provide early warnings if specific trends emerge in your data. For example, we alert you when the attrition rate in a particular department is rising against the company's overall trend.
  2. Digest: We summarize trends and developments that can be observed from the dashboards into straightforward statements. For instance, we may highlight a decrease in voluntary exits over the past six months.
