Analytics

In the "Analytics" section, you will find all the dashboards. The individual pages are divided into six dimensions and their corresponding subdimensions:

People
Recruiting
Retention
Performance
People Engagement
DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)
Strategic Planning

Clicking on any of these dimensions will open all the corresponding subpages with various dashboards. Each dimension has an overview subpage that provides key information, KPIs, and dashboards for that specific category.

For each metric and dashboard mentioned, you will find an information icon at the top right corner. Clicking on this icon will provide the following details about the metric:
