How does the integration work?

We seamlessly integrate into your existing HR systems. In minutes, we can connect our people analytics platform to your data. We take care of data harmonization, data quality, and provide a data layer based on our Unified People Data Model (UPDM). You can start right away with real-time advanced analytics across our use-cases including people, recruiting, retention, DEI and many more. To achieve this, we use the APIs provided by the software themselves. In case they do not offer any API, we use our self-build custom API integrations.

What do we need from you?

All we need from you is access to the APIs of your HR and business softwares. This takes just a few minutes to set up.
